Some background

I am Peter de Leeuw and I established "Airport City Consultants" in May 2026.

Having gained almost four decades of experience in the field of real estate, including 12 years specialising in the complex area of Airport City Development, I took the decision to establish my own business. My objective is to provide my knowledge and experience as a service, with a particular focus on the airport sector.

With my services, I want to unlock undiscovered market power for the Airport Cities I work for. I experienced the challenges as an Airport City Developer - internal and external - as well as the invisible value which often is available as soon as people ask the right questions.

I primarily focuse on the real estate value, and the main objective is to increase the value of the real estate assets.

However, achieving this objective requires activities in many other fields as well. The goal is therefore to detect interdependence and synergy opportunities, and then to find the simplest way to create the greatest possible long-term value.

In light of the complexity involved, I recognise the necessity to collaborate with partners in order to deliver the highest possible value to our clients. Therefore I include my trusted network, built over years - to ensure expertise in the various fields involved.
